Over-The-Road Drivers
Van Eerden Trucking Company is looking for drivers that have a minimum of two years over the road driving experience, a good driving record, and the ability to pass a D.O.T. physical and drug screen.

We provide the latest models of conventional Peterbilt tractors equipped with air ride cabs, Air ride suspensions, large Cummins or Caterpillar motors to do the job, satellite on-board communication equipment, 70 inch sleepers and many other driver friendly options.

Van Eerden Trucking provides excellent pay and benefits. Drivers are paid on a weekly basis. Our rate per mile range for solo and team drivers is among the highest for over-the-road drivers in our industry. PAY
MILEAGE PAY:
Pay based on PC Miler practical miles
Per Diem of $41 per night away from home verified by logs
Drop Pay $10.00 per stop excluding 1st pick-up and final drop for single drivers with less than 1 year seniority
Drop pay $5.00 per stop excluding 1st pick-up and final drop for team drivers with less than 1 year seniority
After 1st year of employment:
Drop Pay $20.00 per stop excluding 1st pick-up and final drop for single drivers
Drop Pay $10.00 per stop excluding 1st pick-up and final drop for team drivers
Exception: Van Eerden Distribution Produce loads after the 1st two pick-ups
Single Drivers will be paid $10.00 per pick up
Team Drivers will be paid $5.00 per pick up each
FUEL BONUS:
Van Eerden Trucking pays all new single drivers $ .01 per mile and team drivers $ .005 per mile on top of their base pay, assuming they will utilize the preferred truck stop list issued to them at the time of their employment. After the first month of employment the driver's usage of this list is reviewed. If it is found the driver did not utilize the list to purchase fuel at least 95% of the time the bonus will be rescinded for the next month. Usage is reviewed monthly and bonuses paid accordingly.

MILEAGE BONUS:
Van Eerden Trucking pays all new single drivers $ .02 per mile and team drivers $ .03 per mile on top of their base pay, assuming they will drive a minimum of 10,400 miles for singles and 18,340 miles for teams. After the first month of employment the miles driven are reviewed. If it is found the driver/drivers are not maintaining the miles required to receive the bonus it will be rescinded from their pay for the next month. Miles are reviewed monthly and bonuses paid according to the criteria listed.
