Driver Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age (No Exceptions).
Must have ONLY ONE VALID COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE. (Valid license is required for past three years. Exceptions may include non-moving violations suspensions,and Financial responsibility suspensions).
Experience: One (1) Year (within the last 5 years) verifiable, over-the-road, tractor-trailer, all weather, all terrain.
Must agree to comply with the Company's unauthorized passenger policy.
Must agree not to use, sell, possess or transport any illegal controlled substance,and must agree to abide by the Company's alcohol and substance abuse program
Must have an acceptable driving record. (No more than four (4)moving violations or two (2) preventable accidents, in a commercial vehicle,within the last three (3) years).
Must have and maintain a neat, clean, appearance.
No D.W.I., D.U.I. or B.A.C. conviction within the past five (5) years, and no more than one (1) within the last ten years.
Must clear D.O.T. physical and drug screen.
Must agree to comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations, and all Company Policies.

Compensation
Pay Scale
We believe experienced professional drivers are important to the future of our trucking company. The following pay scale applies after becoming part of our team.
Proposed Rate of Pay
Training wages $350.00/week
Post training beginning wages .27/mi
After 3-months solo .28/mi
After 6-months solo .29/mi
After 2nd yr .30/mi
After3rd yr .31/mi
After 4th yr .32/mi
After 5th yr .33/mi
After 6th yr .34/mi
After 7th yr .35/mi
After 8th yr .36/mi
After 9th yr .37/mi
After 10th yr .38/mi
Layover Pay $30.00
Drop Pay $15.00 per drop, after first drop
Pickup Pay $15.00 per pickup, after your first pickup
Vacation Pay One (1) week paid vacation after one year continuous service.
Two (2) weeks paid vacation after two years continuous service.
Retirement Program
We provide our drivers the opportunity to participate in our 401k retirement program. The trucking company matches 50 percent up to 4% of your annual income. The Employee Stock Ownership Plan requires six months of service to become elgible.
