Driver Positions
Dedicated Tipper - Daily 565 mile roundtrips between home terminal and NJ. Scheduled day and night shift operation. Alternate 5 and 6 trip weeks. Start at $900 - $1000/week.
Flatbed/Van - Daily roundtrips east or westbound from mile home terminal. East bound 575 mile (avg) operate early morning to afternoon, Westbound 425 (avg) operate afternoon to early morning. 5 day week. Start at $1000-$1200/week East,
$700-$850/week West.
Local - Deliver loads from terminal to landfill locations and shuttle/empty trailers at landfill location. 6 day week.
$800-$900/week..
Compensation
Compensation consists of Mileage + Fees + Bonuses. Fees and Bonuses represent 10-30% of total (between 3-9¢ per mile)
Mileage rate determined by review of experience and MVR. Starting rates are: EXPERIENCE LOADED EMPTY
2 YEARS $0.30 $0.20
5 YEARS $0.32 $0.22
10 YEARS $0.34 $0.24
Fees are paid for non-driving activities such as tarping, drop/hook, detention, etc.
Bonuses include: Safety, Policy/Performance, Recruiting and Sign-On*

Kephart Trucking Co. is presently looking for equipment contractors with flatbed trailers, dumps, and walking floors. We are also in need of tractors, with or without wet lines, to pull company owned trailers.
Flatbed Division:
• Earn $145,000+ per year
• Home weekends
• No forced dispatch
• Trailers available (lease or purchase)
Local, Over-the-Road & Dedicated:
• $1.00 per mile - all miles
• Tolls
• 2600+ miles per week
• Power only
• Dedicated runs - return to terminal daily
