Driver's Pay Package & Benefits
1. Average gross pay $650 to $1000 per week
24% starting pay depending on experience
26% Performance Bonus after 3 to 6 months
27% After 3 years on the Tri-State/Regional Board
28% After 5 years on the Tri-State/Regional Board
2. All drivers home on weekends
3 dispatch boards:
Regional - out all week
Tri-State - out 2-3 nights per week
Local - home most every night
3. Health & Medical Benefits (after 90 days of employment)
80/20 Major Medical
Preferred provider (PPO) in most states

4. Holiday Pay
Five paid holidays after 90 days

$10 on steel tarps, $20 on lumber tarps

9. Three Day paid Driver Orientation Program
10. Paid flatbed training for CDL A drivers, if necessary
