DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:

* Must be 25 years old
* Two year verified experience driving, preferably flatbed
* Good driving record
* Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
* Attitude for success a MUST!

* Fire Extinguisher
* Trailer must be newer than 10 years old
* Set of Triangle Reflectors
* 8 Chains and Binders
* 12 Load Straps *
* One Set of Lumber Tarps *
* One Set of Steel Tarps *
* 8 Steel Coil Racks *
* 12 Metal Corner Protectors *
* 6 Beveled 4 x 4's *
* 6 Rubber Belting Pads for Coils*

Provisions of contract
Contractor paid 78% of gross revenue.
Permits furnished
Cargo and liability insurance furnished. Contractor is responsible for first $1,000 for cargo or liability claim.
All Owner-Operators required to have occupational accident insurance.* *
Worker´s Compensation insurance must be furnished by fleet owners who have hired drivers.
Deadhead and Bobtail Insurance must be furnished. **
Physical Damage Insurance Program. **
Quarterly Fuel Taxes Filed.
Must have passenger insurance for passengers. **
