DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 23 years old.
Must be a graduate of a qualified truck driver-training program or have a current commercial drivers license with six months of over the road flatbed experience.
Must be able to pass a DOT drug test and physical.
No DUI or positive drug screen in a commercial vehicle - EVER.
No DUI or positive drug screen on your current MVR or work history.
No reckless driving or careless driving offenses on your MVR.
Must be able to pass physical requirements of the job.

BENEFIT PACKAGE

Holiday Pay
We pay $80.00 per day for five holidays. A driver must be on the road to be eligible for the holiday pay.

Vacation Pay
One week after one year.

We offer Blue Cross Blue Shield Select Choice 250 after three months. The Company pays all but $50 of the single rate. The family portion is prorated over five years. A five-year employee pays $50 a month for company paid health care.

OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS

Tractor Requirements:

1) 1994 or newer model trucks. *at time of leasing.
2) 3 axle sleeper cab, diesel powered, cabover or conventional.
3) Tractor must pass a complete company paid safety inspection at time of leasing.
4) Must be able to haul 48,000 pound payload.
5) Must have a business-like paint color and pass our visual inspection.

Trailer Requirements:

1) 1990 or newer model trailers. *at time of leasing.
2) Must be 48 foot spread axle trailer.
3) Must have air ride suspension.
4) Trailer must pass a complete company paid safety inspection at time of leasing.

Flatbed Equipment Requirements:

1) Tractor mounted headache rack which meets DOT requirements.

LIABILITY INSURANCE:

$ 3.54 per $ 1000.00 value of the truck and trailer. Premium paid and deducted monthly.
$1000.00 deductible.

CARGO INSURANCE:

Cargo insurance premiums are 100% paid for by E.W. Wylie Corporation.
$ 2,500.00 deductible

BOBTAIL INSURANCE:

Available at a cost of $ 35.00 per month.

DEDUCTIBLE REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM:

Available at a cost of $ 34.00 per month. Reduces deductable on liability, cargo, and accident site clean up to $ 1,000.00.
