Blue Line Transportation Co. Inc. is a family owned and operated 24/7 liquid dry bulk carrier, operating primarily in Oregon and Washington. Drivers are generally home daily with some overnights. We are currently offering Full and Part time employment. We offer two pay scales, one has full medical, dental, vision, vacation, 6 paid holidays and retirement.

Our 1st pay scale with benefits:

Pay is 13.85 per hour and $.32 per mile
Safety bonus of $.02 per mile and $1.00 per hour paid each pay day. Paydays are every other week.
This totals $14.85 per hour and $.34 per mile on mileage.
$14.85 is paid while loading and unloading and $.34 while on mileage.
Mileage is paid on runs over 50 miles from the home terminal.
On local runs the employee is paid $15.85 per hour.
A $500 sign on Bonus paid after 90 days with no accidents or incidents over $500. in damage.
Training is paid at $12.00 per hour.
We pay only straight time.

Local pay is $21.00 per hour.

Employee receives $22.00 per hour for loading and unloading and $.34 per mile on mileage.
Local pay under 50 miles of the home terminal is paid $22.00 per hour.
Sign On Bonus of $500.00 paid after 90 days with no accidents or incidents over $500. in damage.
Training is paid at $12.00 per hour.

Driver Qualifications

Positive team oriented attitude
Good MVR / No excessive or reckless driving citations
Two years recent over the road
Will review one year with an accredited truck driving school
Current Class A CDL with TX endorsement
Age 25
Pass a DOT pre employment drug test
