Safety pay increase of $0.005 per mile for every 60,000 safe miles, up to $0.42 per mile
Longevity pay increase of $0.005 per mile for every 120,000 miles, up to $0.42 per mile
Driver controls his/her own pay raise of $0.015 per mile for every 120,000 safe miles, up to $0.42 per mile
After reaching $0.42 per mile, pay can be increased $0.005 per mile for each additional 60,000 safe miles, up to $0.44 per mile

NEW 401K CONTRIBUTION PROGRAM FOR ALL COMPANY DRIVERS EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1ST 2005 Contribution equivalent to 1 cent per mile, for your dispatched miles based on the computer mileage tracking system that we have in place at this time. The vesting period is 5 years, with 20% vesting after your first year, and then 20% vesting each year thereafter until you are fully vested. Your current years of service COUNT toward the vesting period. Effective 1/1/05 all dispatched miles are now calculated for your individual contribution through 12/31/05. For example, if you run 100,000 miles between your starting date and 12/31/05, Barr-Nunn will contribute $1000 to your 401K plan.
