3KB Transportation is a refrigerated carrier, hauling everything from produce to frozen foods and provides direct service to all 48 States. The pay rate for single truck drivers starts at .30 c.p.m. with 2 years experience and .32 c.p.m with 3 years experience. Drivers receive a .01 c.p.m. increase each year thereafter. Team truckers split a .32 c.p.m rate for their first year and each truck driver receives a .005 c.p.m. increase each year after.

3KB Transportation does not pay by HUB miles. Rather 3KB trucking routes, bills and pays for all shipments with the trucking industry's leading software for routing, mileage and mapping solutions. 3KB does not gurantee a certain amount of miles to truckers but our truck drivers average around 2800 to 3000 miles each week.

Based on senoirty and availability drivers will get 2004-2005 Freightliner Classic and Columbia, International 9900, 9400 and 9200. All trucks are governed at 70 m.p.h. for your safety. In each 3KB truck is a Qualcomm unit using State-Of-The Art Technology. It is important to mention that 3KB doesn't have a rider program at this time. Our drivers stay on the road on average 14 to 21 day. 3KB drivers will get 1 day off for each 7 consecutive days away from our home terminal. American Medical Security Insurance is available after 90 days of employment.

The application process can take anywhere from 3 to 4 days allowing us time to check past employment, and for the DAC Report to return. Depending on how long it takes the Lab to return your Drug test, our Orientation is scheduled for 3 days.
